4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, code, and content created by Softappi remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights as specified in individual agreements. Clients retain ownership of their original content and materials provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without client consent, except as required by law. Clients agree to keep our proprietary methods and strategies confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

Softappi's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from marketing efforts due to factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Softappi operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
